As a former elected county clerk and local election official, representing these core doctrines and principles are critical to who we are as Americans. I believe that we must defend our democracy as election officials and as candidates- absent of partisan politics- to elevate our elections above the political fray for all of us. It is critical to stand up at this moment in time.
By signing the Principles, you're joining thousands of Americans working to protect the freedoms and democratic values we all share.
Trust starts with action, and it starts with you.
