Ray Bilger

I served in the U.S. military (combat veteran), the Intelligence Community, and Foreign Service for 35 years in defense of our nation and those of our allies. I am a staunch believer in free and fair elections. I swore an oath to the Constitution in 1986 and I stand behind every word of that oath to this day.
