Our republic will fail if our election process and transfer of power is not conducted in a safe, secure, fair, and transparent manner. It is every American's responsibility to hold themselves and others to the high moral ground, whether we agree with the outcome or not. It is also our responsibility and those we have elected to ensure that the needs of this great nation, as a whole, are first and foremost. Our Congress should be representative of Americans and naturalized American citizens, who are the only eligible voters. Our government needs to focus on cybersecurity and do their utmost to protect this great nation from foreign and domestic acts that would prevent this process. The United States of America has been an example for other nations to follow in spite of it's flaws though we've had some setbacks. Let's set the benchmark high and strive to once again be the guiding light for other nations to follow. Put aside the party politics and do what is right for this great nation - America.
