If we don't have safe, secure, and transparent elections, then the sacrifices of every veteran, union member, and activist who ever fought for our Democracy are foresaken. Our sacred right to vote is the cornerstone of our Democracy. Electing leaders who serve our federal, state, and local governments are how We The People are best represented. Integrity, nonviolence, secure voting, responsible oversight, trusted outcomes, and peaceful transitions of power are integral to that process. To accept authoritarian rule is contrary to the spirit of American Freedom.
