Signed the Principles for Trusted Elections as 2026 Candidate for State Assembly Member District 10, California
I believe safe, secure, and fair elections are foundational to the strength and stability of our constitutional republic. Regardless of political party, every American should have confidence that elections are conducted transparently, lawfully, accurately, and with equal protection for every legal voter. Election integrity is not about discouraging participation--it is about protecting the value of every legitimate vote and maintaining public trust in the democratic process. When voters lose confidence in elections, trust in government and civic institutions begins to erode. I believe we should pursue reasonable safeguards that help ensure accurate voter rolls, secure ballot handling, transparent processes, accountability, and timely reporting of results, while also ensuring that eligible citizens are able to participate lawfully and fairly in the electoral process. Safe and secure elections should never be viewed as a partisan issue. Americans of all political backgrounds benefit from election systems that are transparent, accountable, and trusted by the public. As a candidate for Congress, I believe we must continue working to strengthen voter confidence, improve transparency, support lawful participation, and uphold the integrity of our elections for future generations.
